Since it was founded in 1944 by Remo Entelman, the Firm has interpreted the law in an out-of-the-ordinary way, analizing controversies comprehensively. From the mid 1970s, its members have been trained in alternative dispute resolution methods, to manage disputes and try to solve them, rather than to focus only on successful results through the intervention of a third party.
One of the cornerstones of Entelman’s philosophy is Corporate Counsel. With respect to each client, a strategy is defined and analyzed, and a course of action is designed to guarantee its follow-up.
Moreover, the firm frequently deals with corporate controversies and organization matters, as well as Bankruptcy Law issues. The Firm also takes part in preventive out-of-court settlements and handles reorganization proceedings.
