He holds a law degree from the School of Law of the University of Buenos Aires. He has worked as the Legal Affairs Manager of the Pérez Companc group, and has been the Corporate Manager of Legal and Regulatory Framework Issues of Telecom Argentina, among other managing and overseeing positions in various companies. He is GLE’s consultant in telecommunication affairs and President and Academic Director of the Argentine Association of Telecommunications Law.
