Douglas Elespe has vast academic experience in the country and the USA. He holds a PHD from the University of Buenos Aires (with honors) and an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles (Summa Cum Laudae).  He teaches courses in capital markets, a master program in economics, and a law course at the University of Buenos Aires. 

He presides over the Argentine Institute for Finance Executives, the Certified International Investment Analyst Academic Council in Argentina (Associated to the ACIIA worldwide), and several businesses, including publishing house La Ley. He specializes in finance, capital markets, law and economics, both at a professional and a business level.
