He holds a PHD from the University of Buenos Aires, he is the Chair of Labor Law and Social Security at the Law School of the University of Buenos Aires, Consultant head Professor, and Professor of that subject in the Graduate course “Specialization in Legal Counsel to Companies,” at the University of Buenos Aires. He is an external consultant of the International Labour Organization (ILO), the World Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank and UNICEF.

He has been a judge, the National Director of the Labor Authority, Secretary of Labor and Director of the Labor Law Area of the Argentine Legal Digest. He works as consultant on several labor and social security issues.
