Present complexities give rise to a need for counsel regarding corporate liability or the liability of the members of an organization, in light of the new forms of computer fraud and different financial devices.

The growing development of penalties under administrative law may fall within the scope of criminal law in different areas, such as antitrust regulations, the exchange rate regime, environmental, tax or customs law. Thus, multidisciplinary preventive counsel is required which properly combines the principles of constitutional and administrative law with those of criminal law, together with the technical knowledge of other modern sciences or technologies.
