Special assistance is provided in financial and banking matters, both in the course of day-to-day management and in the development and creation of new products, including the relationship of financial institutions with the Central Bank of Argentina – BCRA – or other controlling authorities. We deal with different sources of corporate financing through several kinds of administrative contracts and their transformation as a result of the incorporation of business law and capital market concepts, as already mentioned.

In this area, we defend financial institutions and their directors in proccedings filed for alleged violations of BCRA rules, the public transparency regime or money laundering regulations.
