Through the national and international alliances that the GLE firms have built through  the years, our clients are provided assistance in new disciplines, in several countries.

At the national level, GLE’s main alliance is the one established with Estudio Gil Lavedra & Romero Acuña, which allows us to rely on the support of a traditional firm specialized in criminal law.

At the international level, GLE’s vision is definitely regional. We have focused on a strategic and crucial alliance with Estudio Carlos Mafra de Laet Advogados, which has offices in Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo and is part of a network of firms throughout Brazil, through Aliança Gouvea Vieira. Together with our Brazilian partners, and thanks to our permanent and enduring ties, we have created a network of Latin American firms which are grouped together into Laway Latin American Network. This network provides our clients with local legal counsel in the main countries of Latin America. In addition, with our Brazilian partners, we have decided to establish a joint office in Paris, Latin American Desk, in association with the French firm Exequatur Conseil. The experience gained from this joint effort led us to continue forming this kind of associations. As a result, together with Carlos Mafra of Laet Advogados, we established a second Latin American Desk in Brussels, with the traditional and prestigious Belgian firm De Caluwé & Horsmans.
